Athletic Optimization Program
 
This program is designed to accommodate the professional athlete, the student athlete, or the weekend warrior. Our goal is to maximize each athlete’s potential by optimizing nutrition and fitness and minimizing the risk of injury. The program can be tailored for a specific sport or for general fitness.
Includes:
  • o   Initial physician visit with monthly visits as needed
  • o   Baseline general fitness assessment
  • o   Weekly customized one hour personal training sessions
  • o   Monthly nutritionist visit
  • o   Sport specific diet and training optimization
  • o   Pre and post workout nutrition guidance
  • o   Functional Movement Screening to assess for risk of injury
  • o   Body composition analysis
