Kristy Harper
Kristy is our Wellness Coordinator, Medical Assistant and one of our most successful patients to date. She grew up in West Virginia and trained at Everest Institute. Kristy has been with us one year and has greatly increased patient efficiencies and improved customer service.
Kristy began our program at the weight of 207 with a dress size of 18. One year later, she weighs 160 and is wearing a size 10. (See her testimonial below)
Physiologix has changed my world! In high school I weighed 120 pounds. After two children I successfully lost all the weight I gained. However, following a tubal ligation I packed on the pounds and couldn't keep it off. I tried a diet plan and lost 30lbs in a three month period but after stopping the diet gained it all right back.
When I completed my internship at Physiologix I went through the same counseling process and training that the patients receive. I learned how to change my eating patterns and exercise using functional fitness principals. I have new found energy when I wake up in the morning. Probably in part because I have 50 pounds less to drag out of bed! I look at pictures from a year ago and can't believe I ever weighed so much. One thing is for sure, I'm not going back there.
