Programs Overview
Concierge Wellness
This is our flagship program and it includes all aspects of the other programs with the addition of concierge care. This program is for those clients that demand the best and want the most aggressive approach to total wellness. We strive to optimize nutrition, fitness, and total health.
Program includes:
- Annual evaluation - executive assessment
- Lifestyle evaluation
- Bone density scan
- Body composition scan
- Neurocognitive testing (every 3 years)
- Diet assessment
- Functional movement testing (optional)
- Lab assessment (extensive)
- Hormone replacement options: testosterone, growth hormone, bio-identical female hormones, thyroid hormones
- Aggressive management of disease or suboptimal health conditions
- Unlimited access to Dr. Stickler through cell phone, email, and in office. Can be seen same day for any issues and you will be seen at the time of your appointment, no waiting.
- Dr. Stickler can function as your primary care physician if desired
- Unlimited access to the dietitian - visit or call as often as you would like
- Body composition testing every 3 months (optional)
Pricing: $3495 annual retainer fee (lab work is additional)
Women's Premium Wellness
This is a wellness program for women looking for wellness guidance and bio-identical hormone management. It does not include the concierge care of the Premium Wellness program.
Program includes:
- Annual evaluation - same as premium program with the exception of the Neurocognitive testing and functional movement screen
- Hormone replacement options: testosterone, estrogen, progesterone, and thyroid
- Weight loss program
- Advice but not management of disease or suboptimal health conditions
- Access to Dr. Stickler during regular business hours regarding hormone management
- Dietitian access up to 4 times per year
- Body composition testing every 3 months (optional)
Pricing: Two payment options: $2195 annually or $1000 at contract signing and $125/month for 12 months
Men's Premium Wellness
This is a wellness program for men looking for wellness guidance and testosterone replacement therapy. It does not include the concierge care of the Premium Wellness program.
Program includes:
· Annual evaluation - same as premium program with the exception of the Neurocognitive testing and functional movement screen
- Hormone replacement options: testosterone, DHEA, and thyroid
- Weight loss program
- Advice but not management of disease or suboptimal health conditions
- Access to Dr. Stickler during regular business hours regarding hormone management
- Dietitian access up to 4 times per year
- Body composition testing every 3 months (optional)
Pricing: $2195 annually
First Responder Program
This is a special discounted Men's or Women's Wellness program for active military, police, firefighters, and EMS. Call for details.
